Changing and Resetting Passwords

Don't worry - it happens.
Questions about passwords come up very often, so we have 3 ways for you to change passwords.

  1. "Forgot password?" link from the signin screen
  2. Corporate can manually reset passwords
  3. People can change their own password from their profile
Let's see more detail about each of these methods:

Case 1. Forgot Password
From the normal sign in screen:

  • Click on "Forgot password?"
  • Enter your email information
  • Check your email, click the link, and follow the instructions

Case 2. Manual Reset by Corporate
Go to the "People" tab, and open the profile for the franchisee who needs a new password:

  1. Click on "Edit Profile"
  2. Enter the new password
  3. Save. Done.

Case 3. Change Your Own Password
Go to your profile.

  1. Enter your new password
  2. Save. Done.
